爆炸物質（或混合物）是這樣一種固態或液態物質（或物質的混合物），其本身能夠通過化學反應產生氣體，而產生氣體的溫度、壓力和速度能對周圍環境造成破壞。其中也包括發火物質，即便它們不放出氣體。

Explosive substance (or mixture) is a solid or liquid substance (or mixture of substances) that can produce gas through chemical reactions, and the temperature, pressure, and velocity of the gas produced can cause damage to the surrounding environment. This also includes igniting substances, even if they do not release gas.
